Roles and Responsibilities 

• Accurate entry of Patient Demographic information as provided in medical records. 
• Should have a good understanding of types of rejections System Rejections, Clearing House Rejections, and Payor Rejections. 
• AR follow-up with insurance companies & patients. 
• To follow up on claims assigned.
• To Complete EDI rejections.
• End-to-End RCM Knowledge. 

Required Skills and Qualifications 

• Graduate in any discipline
• Must possess a minimum of 1-year of experience in EDI
• Strong clerical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Self-motivated and team player
